It’s almost a daily occurrence to see articles (link) about the closure of rural hospitals and healthcare centers. As recently as January 15, 2020, the Pinnacle Regional Hospital in Boonville, Missouri closed unexpectedly, forcing patients to scramble to find new ways to gain access to critical healthcare services.

New Frontier Mobile Diagnostics was formed to solve part of that problem. We have purchased state-of-the-art medical equipment in portable packages. Our equipment provides all of the functionality needed to diagnose medical conditions, but in a platform that is easy to transport to clinical facilities. This allows us to perform procedures in nearly any location that accommodates patient privacy, whether a room in a long-term care facility, a nursing home, or a rural health clinic.

We couple that equipment with highly skilled, compassionate sonographers and well-trained interpreting physicians to form a complete ultrasound diagnostic practice.

In essence, we’ve created a “fractional diagnostic ultrasound department” for rural patients, allowing communities the benefits of access to ultrasound care without the burden of full-time costs.

If you know of a community that could use New Frontier’s services, please let us know at [email protected].
